Engg TeamBuilding at Portofino Beach Resort

Our Engineering Team Building for 3rd quarter 2009 was held in Portofino Beach Resort at Cebu Philippines. The place was so cool, huge, clean, and water as fresh clear. The foods we prepared were just easy cooked and done mostly at site like "kinilaw", grilled pork belly and fish, we also ordered one "litson baboy", and lots more minor menus. Simple preparation but a happy process all the way down. Few hours after lunched we had the game started. Engineering was having a lot of fun on that events. Believe me for the first time we have had completed attendance and I can really tell that was the best enjoyable team building I experienced since started joining the Engineering group. It was really amazing. Hope it would be the same or much better next time.
